1. License Grant

Memcity is available under three tiers: Community (free, MIT-licensed), Pro, and Team. Paid tiers grant a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the Memcity component in your applications. The license is per-team and includes lifetime updates.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use Memcity in commercial and non-commercial applications. You may not redistribute the paid source code, sublicense it to third parties, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Refund Policy

Since Memcity is a digital product with immediate access to source code, all sales are final. If you encounter issues, please reach out on GitHub or Discord and we will work to resolve them.

4. Disclaimer

Memcity is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party API failures.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Memcity after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
