1. What We Collect

Memcity is a self-hosted component that runs entirely within your Convex deployment. We do not collect, store, or transmit your application data, user data, or document contents to any external servers operated by Memcity.

2. Third-Party Services

Memcity integrates with third-party AI providers for embeddings and language model inference. When you configure Memcity with these providers, your data is sent to them according to their respective privacy policies:

• Jina AI — Embeddings and reranking
• OpenRouter — LLM inference gateway
• Convex — Backend infrastructure

3. Website Analytics

This documentation website (memcity.dev) may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the documentation experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.

4. Purchases

License purchases are processed through Polar.sh. Payment information is handled entirely by Polar and is never stored by Memcity. Please refer to Polar's Privacy Policy for details.
